Pavel Mamaev and russian footballers Aleksandr Kokorin are set to get early release from prison.
The group were detained in May after being found guilty of hooliganism for assaulting a trade ministry official using a seat and hammering a motorist at October 2018 up.
Kokorin was sentenced to 18 weeks and Mamaev.
A court at Russia’s Belgorod has ruled they are eligible for release following a successful appeal.
The penalty for hooliganism is that a maximum penalty of seven years in jail, no matter how the players will soon be freed after this month, lawyer Yuri Padalko told Russian news agency TASS.
While Kokorin, 28, was a forward at Zenit St Petersburg mamaev performed for Krasnodar; Padalko confirmed they would return to playing football.
Kokorin has been restricted by his country 48 times – he overlooked the 2018 World Cup – while Mamaev has 15 limits.
