Thailand world champion Ratchanok Intanon has been cleared of doping later it was found meat was eaten by her.
The 24-year-old ex-world number one was charged with an anti-doping rule breach in May.
But she revealed shed eaten meat – a drug that decreases body fat and increases muscle mass.
The Badminton World Federation stated that she boreno fault or neglect.
Thus no period of ineligibility was levied on her, the governing body said in a statement.
Clenbuterol was discovered in at least eight other samples where Intanon had eaten, obtained in the barbecue restaurant.
Currently ranked five Intanon won bronze in the World Championships in Basel, Switzerland, in August.
After getting a ban following a positive evaluation for a corticosteroid she was cleared to compete.
Her team blamed a shot for it to get a knee injury, and the BWF found no breach was committed.
