Thailand world champion of doping when it was found she ate meat Ratchanok Intanon has been cleared.
The number one was billed with an anti-doping rule breach in May.
But she revealed shed eaten meat contaminated with clenbuterol – a medication that decreases body fat and increases muscle mass.
The Badminton World Federation stated she boreno fault or negligence.
Thus no period of ineligibility was enforced on her, the governing body said in a statement.
Clenbuterol was found in eight other samples at which Intanon had eaten, taken from the barbecue restaurant.
Currently ranked five Intanon won bronze at the World Championships in Basel, Switzerland.
After receiving a ban after a positive test for a corticosteroid, she had been cleared to compete at the Rio 2016 Olympics.
It was blamed by her team to get a knee injury, and also the BWF discovered no violation had been committed.
