The”Lose for Hughes” campaign will finally come to an end this Friday if the 2019 NHL Draft starts at Rogers Arena at Vancouver. The consensus is that C Jack Hughes will be chosen first by the New Jersey Devils. Additionally, it is likely that Kaapo Kakko, the sensation, goes No. 2 overall. It’s anybody’s guess. Here is ours.
New Jersey Devils: Jack Hughes C
Hughes is the most talented player available. He spent the past two seasons with the U.S. National Development Team and will be the entire package. He can skate, pass, score, and much more. Regardless of his frame (5-10, 170), Hughes may be the next Patrick Kane.
Lightning early 6-1 favored New York Rangers: Kaapo Kakko RW
Kakko is your Upcoming from Finland. He also set a record for goals with a participant 18 or younger in Liga with 22. In 10 games in the IIHF World Championships, Kakko (6-2, 194) scored six goals. Even though he’s just 18, Kakko ought to be ready to make the jump to the NHL this year.
