Lewis Hamilton has confessed that linking Ferrari remains a possible alternative for him in the future but isn’t sure whether the move a part of his F1″game plan” – with the Mercedes driver saying that”dedication is key”.

Mercedes even revealed this past year the possibility of Hamilton was discussed in their contract talks.

Hamilton added to colleagues that Ferrari are now settled with”two great drivers” in Sebastian Vettel along with Charles Leclerc, that he’s been especially impressed with in his rookie season.
“They have two motorists there today,” explained Hamilton. “I’m sure they’re happy with their new young star that they’ve got coming up and now I’m super excited to see how he evolves”
Hamilton is the favorite to claim that the sixth in 2019 holding a lead with only eight races and has won four of the five names with Mercedes.

“I’m convinced they’re just relating it to the simple fact I’ve won the championship the past couple of years.”
The Tifosi, ferrari’s ardent fans, is going to be out in force this weekend although Hamilton has been booed on the podium earlier, he considers the relationship is improving.
“I think that it’s grown a lot through the years however, it takes a very long time to change awareness,” he said.
“We come here and you stand on top of their podium and 90 per cent and are all Ferrari fans. We’ve come here by having Mercedes at the step, and I have made the weekend maybe not so great for Ferrari fans.
“However, I love and honor them a large amount and, in actual fact, when I come here lots of Ferrari fans really ask me to visit Ferrari. And I get a lot of Ferrari fans who say,’I am a Ferrari fan but I admire you’.
“I think it’s growing slowly, bit by bit. However, it would never be the same as if I had been driving to get a Ferrari team”
