Jurgen Klopp has disregarded as a joke that the claim created by his agent that he could depart Liverpool due to the weather that was British.
The German’s contract in Anfield runs till 2022, along with Sky Sports News knows the Premier League leaders are eager to fasten him to some brand new deal that is long-term.
The agent Marc Kosicke of the Liverpool manager suggested that Klopp may be tempted to move into a warmer climate.
But talking on the eve of Liverpool’s Champions League opener from Napoli, Klopp said:”There is nothing in that story.
“He wanted to make a joke so now I have to be serious.
“It is German humour but clearly no one got it…I’m totally fine with the weather.
“Allow me to spell it out, the weather hasn’t been a cause for me to pick a city and it is certainly no cause for me to leave the country.
“Maybe in the second (in England) it is the most healthy weather in the world – we have sufficient rain, it’s trendy, pretty much the reverse of this room!
“There’s nothing in that story. He is my friend and my representative.
“When I speak about the weather it was about the wind which can have an effect on soccer, but that’s not allowed in England. But that isn’t to some reason depart the country. I am fine.”
