BBC News a former manager subjected to abuse them has been told by two former Chelsea youth players.
One said that to his first experience – at the age of 12 with Gwyn Williams – remarks were made by the trainer about his characteristics.
Williams had known him racist names, asked him if he had been”robbing old grannies”, also said it had been a”rarity” that he went to school.
Williams denies all allegations.
The two prior youth-team players were speaking out for the first time because a report was published by Chelsea at August to the scandal.
Neither of them gave evidence to this inquiry, which found that young black players were exposed to”a daily tirade of racial abuse” in the 1980s and 1990s.
Williams, the former academy director, was described as the”instigator” of racial abuse in the club.
Anthony – not his true name – told the BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire programme that he was subjected to racist abuse during training sessions.
“I recall the very first time I met [Gwyn Williams] he said how big my lips were, how big my nose was”
He said Williams had also made a racially charged remark about the size of his manhood.
“And that was my very first experience. I was 12 years old”
A player, Kieran – not his true name – mentioned Williams referred to him using language.
“I had been coming [to instruction ] afraid to make a mistake,” he explained.
“Even on the pitch it influenced me since I could not relax. I was thinking if I have a terrible game everybody will say’you black this’ or’you black that’.”
Williams rose to assistant supervisor, leaving the team in 2006 and joined Chelsea in 1979 as a youth development officer.
His lawyer wrote to Chelsea denying”any and all” allegations of racism.
He claimed the extracts of this report revealed he were”biased, untrue, unjust and artificial”.
The report, commissioned by Chelsea and written by the charity Barnardo’s, heard evidence of a racist atmosphere.
The report – former England international Graham Rix.
It discovered while he”may be competitive and bullying”, about the evidence presented to them he was not overly violent.
Anthony and Kieran said because it was compensated for by Chelsea they did not provide evidence to the question plus they’d concerns about its independence.
But they both told BBC News they’d discovered terminology is used by Rix.
Anthony stated Rix asked him when he had gone and had sex with”some of our white girls” in the weekend.
“I thought,’I’ve had enough of the’, and I said,’Yeah, I did’,” Anthony told the BBC.
“And he said,’If this was my daughter I would lynch you’.”
Rix was jailed for six weeks working sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl and being reinstated as a trainer by Chelsea on his release.
He moved on to handle clubs such as Portsmouth and Heart of Midlothian.
Rix’s lawyer gave a statement to the Barnardo’s inspection, denying he was a bully, racist or competitive.
The attorney told Anthony along with Kieran’s allegations were refused by BBC News Rix.
He added both the FA and the Disclosure and also Service [DBS] had researched and not put any restrictions.
Chelsea have apologised for its”deeply shocking behaviour” described from the Barnardo’s report.
It stated:”Barnardo’s reviewers concluded that the various accounts due to severe racially abusive behaviour towards young players were credible.
“As a team we wish to apologise to those who experienced this deeply shocking behaviour.
“We’re performing, and can continue to do, everything we can to ensure that those boys, women, men and women who play for this team – and indeed anyone who works on or with all the club will never have to endure the horrible experiences that these young players suffered.”
The two ex-players stated it had felt hopeless to report that their allegations at that moment.
They said Chelsea had no policy in place and there’d been no official to turn to with a complaint.
“I didn’t need to create trouble because of my parents at all, shape or form,” Anthony added.
Anthony and Kieran accuse of attempting to minimise publicity across the scandal by releasing the findings about precisely the identical day as a separate investigation by a different coach decades 36, the team.
They said that they wanted a full face-to-face apology had been contacted directly from Chelsea because the report’s book.
“I haven’t heard anything out of anybody [at Chelsea],” explained Anthony.
“So, is that merely a PR exercise? Are they sincerely sorry and actually going to acknowledge what happened?
“They will need to talk to people, not simply put a generic announcement ”
